Carbon Steel Seamless Pipe and CS ERW Tubing Supplier in India

Carbon Steel Pipes & Tubes are widely used across a range of industries due to their high strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. These pipes are available in both seamless and welded forms, manufactured through either hot rolling or cold drawing techniques. Common specifications include ASTM A106, ASTM A53, ASTM A333, ASTM A210, API 5L, and EN 10210, each offering different grades and pressure capacities suited for diverse applications.

One of the most popular variants is the Carbon Steel Seamless Pipe, known for its superior structural integrity and pressure-bearing capabilities. Available grades include ASTM A106 Grade B, ASTM A53 Grade B, ASTM A333 Grade 6, ASTM A210 Grade A1, and a wide range of API 5L Pipes such as X42, X52, X60, X65, X70, ERW, and Grade B. European standard EN 10210 & S355J2 Pipes are also available for structural applications.

These pipes come in a broad size range—from ¼ inch to 30 inches nominal bore—and are offered in different schedules such as SCH 20, SCH 40, SCH 80, SCH 160, XXS, and custom wall thicknesses up to 250mm. Lengths include single random, double random, and cut-to-length options ranging from 5 meters to 13 meters.

To meet specific operational environments, various coatings are available such as HDPE Lined, 3LPE Coated, PTFE Coated, and other protective finishes, ensuring corrosion resistance and extended service life. Depending on the grade, carbon steel pipes may contain alloying elements like manganese, silicon, phosphorus, and copper, enhancing their performance in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.

We also supply Heavy Wall Carbon Steel Pipes designed for high-pressure pipelines and critical structural purposes. Options like Low Temperature Carbon Steel Pipes (LTCS) offer cost-effective alternatives for cryogenic and sub-zero applications.

Our Carbon Steel Pipes & Tubes are extensively used in sectors like oil & gas, petrochemicals, refineries, heat exchangers, boilers, construction, power generation, and infrastructure. As a trusted Carbon Steel Pipe Supplier in India, we ensure quality, timely delivery, and full compliance with international standards.
